Accessibility

We have tried to make this site as accessible as possible. To change the text size please follow the instructions below or change the accessibility settings on your computer.

To increase the font size

Select View from the menu bar in Internet Explorer and then Text Size. Choose the font size you want from the list. If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel you can also make the text larger and smaller by holding the Control Button and then scrolling the wheel.

File downloads

Some of the information on this website is provided as downloadable files. These are either Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files or Microsoft Word files.

PDF files

Some of the downloadable files on our website are available as Adobe PDF files. In order to view and print these files you need to download and install the free Adobe Reader (external link, opens new browser window).

Alternatively, Adobe's website has a form that you can use to convert PDF files into basic HTML documents (external link, opens new browser window) that can be viewed in your browser. To use the form, cut and paste or type the URL of the PDF file you want converted into the box on this page.

Word files

If you want to view a Word file but don't have Microsoft Word you can download a free Word viewer (external link, opens new browser window) from the Microsoft website. Select the version of Microsoft Office you want to use (2003, 2000, XP or 97) and click the Viewers link under the options for that version of Word.
