Kiran Dattani Pitt joined VIA in November 2006 as the Chief Executive. She has extensive experience of working with and for people with learning difficulties. She has worked for local government managing day services, in Housing Associations providing housing and support/care services and lastly as service manager in local government with responsibility for provider and commissioning services for people with learning difficulties.

Catherine Bewley has worked for VIA since Summer 1996 and has been in different roles within the organisation. She is currently a Senior Project Officer and has also been the Assistant Director of VIA for a number of years. Catherine is very experienced in research and leading on projects. She has written number of publications - available on our publications list. Her work on self-determination continues to be an important source of information.

Mark Brookes has been with VIA since 1999 and he has worked as a project worker on various projects. His most recent work has been on Advocacy services for people from BME communities. At present he is working with Catherine Bewley on Individual Budgets. This is a three year project finishing in 2008.

Sapna Sharma joined VIA in June 2005 as an Administrator and now does a combined role of Administrator and Finance Officer. Sapna as a number of years of experience of working in both Administration and Finance roles.
